Do stays I’ve already booked count?
Yes, every stay on your record counts toward your total, including ones booked before Hapey VIP launched.
Does booking through VRBO count toward my stays?
Any way you stay with us counts toward the Hapey VIP Club, but direct booking with us saves you money – one more reason booking direct pays off.
Can I combine my 15% VIP rate with other codes?
Your 15% VIP rate is already our best rate. It replaces other discount codes rather than stacking with them, and it applies year-round, including holidays.
What happens if I don’t visit for a while?
Your milestone count is yours for good. Active perks like first cabin access pause if it’s been more than 12 months since your last stay, and pick back up the moment you book again.
Are there blackout dates?
Your 15% rate applies year-round, including holidays. The free night stay credit at Gold excludes major holiday weeks — full details arrive with your Gold welcome email.
